SC88 accounts that show no login activity for 180 consecutive days will be classified as inactive. Accounts in this category are subject to the following policy:

• Administrative fee: Inactive accounts with a balance may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) after the 180-day period
• Reactivation: Inactive accounts can be easily reactivated through the standard login process and a simple identity verification
• Zero balance: Inactive accounts with a zero balance for 365 days will be automatically closed

Sc88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. sc88's decision in such matters is final.

• Fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity
• Multiple account ownership
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system
• Use of automated software or bots
• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards sc88 staff
• Attempts to hack or disrupt sc88 systems

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the SC88 support team. All valid balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

Sc88 strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly and consistently at all times. However, there are limits to the liability sc88 can bear under certain circumstances.

• Sc88 is not responsible for any losses arising from service disruptions, system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
• Sc88 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors or connection disruptions
• Sc88 is not responsible for additional costs incurred by users such as internet data charges or third-party bank fees
• SC88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total balance in that member's account at the time of the incident.
• Sc88 does not provide any guarantee or warranty regarding wins or return on investment to members

Sc88 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the sc88 platform.

• Sc88 will endeavour to provide members with reasonable notice of material changes via email or in-platform notifications
